Tyndall Estates is owned and operated by Mr. B.D. Jolly and is operated under the name Denham Corporation Limited.

Tyndall Nursing Home (which is adjacent to Tyndall Estates) originally, operated on Tyndall Avenue in the West End of Toronto. In the late 1970's, Tyndall Nursing Home moved to its present location.

Understanding the need for residential care beds to complement the nursing home, Mr. Jolly developed Tyndall Estates, a forty-nine-room retirement residence. Tyndall Estates has served the communities of Mississauga, Etobicoke and Brampton since 1980.
